Stop wasting time having your customer wait for your computer to think of problems. My other bank processed both transactions giving us an extra error to work out. The process did return back and I finished. Yesterday it took so long that it logged me out. Then you ask me to approve the picture and the process continues. Give folk a n indication that you are processing slowly in the back ground every aspect of the deposit. This used to be fast a a photo ie less than a second versus 30 seconds. After a long time it came back with a processed picture. When I try to access the actual website from my internet browser it says access denied and that I don’t have permission. What is the issue?! It can’t be my phone cuz like I said everything is up to date.

Even when I try to bypass the Touch ID and manually enter my password I have the same issues. I use Touch ID to log in so there’s no error there.
